Shipments:

The shipments arrive with a courier to the house, up to 5 business days at a cost of NIS 25
And for purchases over NIS 299, shipping is free.

*The day of placing the order is not considered a business day.

Replacements:

Send a WhatsApp message to our customer service at 054-8919989 and state that you wish to exchange an item within 48 hours of its arrival.

A customer who made a purchase through the website may exchange an item within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, when the product is new and without defect, in its original packaging and has not been used in any way along with the purchase invoice.

Exchange of an item will be done through a courier to the requested address for collection.
A courier will deliver the new item to you and collect the previous item from you.
Replacing the item with a courier – free.

Returns:

You must send a WhatsApp message to our customer service at 054-8919989 and indicate that you wish to return an item within 48 hours of its arrival to you.

A customer who made a purchase through the website may return an item to the company within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, when the product is new and without defect, in its original packaging and has not been used in any way along with the purchase invoice.

You can return an item by ordering a courier through us at a cost of NIS 20.*
*An item can be returned through Israel Post by registered mail only when it is packed in its original packaging, when the shipping costs will be applied to the customer only.

Refund:

– A refund will be given within 14 days from the moment the item is received by the company to the means of payment from which the purchase was made.
– The refund does not include the shipping fee if paid.
Any refund will be transferred to the credit card on which the purchase was made only and in accordance with the schedules and procedures of the credit company.
– No refund and/or exchange will be given for products for which no monetary consideration has been paid and which were given as a gift on behalf of the company such as gifts, benefits, shopping vouchers, free shipping.
– Purchases made with direct cards or gift cards will be returned as a credit on the website only.
